NAPAKool™ Liquid Cooling System Treatment NAPAKool™ is a complete one step, low solids liquid cooling system treatment. NAPAKool™ is available in 16oz. bottles (part number 4056), ½ gallon containers (part number 4058), 5 gallon containers (part number 4057), and 55 gallon drums (part number 4055). Pour the correct amount based on the Total Capacity of the cooling system, directly into the radiator or coolant recovery container. It’s just that simple and easy to use. NAPAKool™ is a balanced, low solids, film forming inhibitor system specifically designed to protect the metal components of the cooling system while maintaining a favorable alkaline balance. It chemically ties up the hardness in the cooling system fluids to prevent the build-up of rust or scale. How To Use NAPAKool™ I. Before Treatment Drain and thoroughly flush the cooling system to remove dirt deposits, oil, rust particles and other additives that require the use of neutralizers (especially in low flow or single pass style cooling systems). II. Install Additive Free Cooling System Filter The use of an additive free filter, while not technically required on a system utilizing the liquid NAPAKool™ inhibitor, is an excellent way to remove solid contamination in the cooling system and insure long, trouble free cooling system service.
