Building better construction
Preventive construction machinery maintenance keeps jobs on schedule
In the course of a workday, your construction equipment and machinery filters encounter a toxic soup of engine-killing contaminants – dirt from job sites, dust in the air, heat, cold, you name it. When one contractor on a construction site experiences equipment failure, it has a snowball effect, causing costly delays for other “downstream” contractors. NAPA Heavy-Duty Construction Filters help keep jobs moving ahead according to schedule.

We build NAPA Heavy-Duty Oil Filters for each specific application. For example, to help the filter-body assembly on our construction filters withstand hundreds of pounds of pressure, we use a double roll seam to join the oil filter base plate to the filter shell. We also use a sealer in the seam area between the rolled metal surfaces to ensure a strong leak-free seam.
NAPA Heavy-Duty Air Filters for construction vehicles and equipment are made to take on all kinds of job-site conditions. For example, our rubber-backed sealing washer ensures thread seal distribution of torque from the wing nut. When provided, it must be used to properly install the filter and maintain warranty coverage.
Our fuel filters for construction equipment contain features to ensure performance on all kinds of construction sites. For example, we place a nitrile rubber seal at the base of the threaded hole, to guard against unfiltered fuel entering the fuel supply. In addition, our filter is specially designed to withstand high static pressures.
